GRAHAM HELD JUSTIFIABLE.
VINDICATED BV ACTION OP THE
COHOXEH’S JURY.
It Wu Fonnrt That Graham Acted
In Self-Defense. Ill* Life Being
Threatened by Bradford When the
Fatal Shot Wo* Fired—Verdict Ac
cented a* Jnotified by All the
Fact* Presented.
' Tailahassee, Fla., June s.—Omitting the
formal parts, the verdict of the Wakulla
county coroners Inquest, upon the body
of John T. Bradford, sensationally killed
Sunday night at St. Marks, by John A.
Graham, the Savannah capitalist, Is as
follows:
"Said John T. Bradford, on the third
day of June S, 1900, about 7:30 o’clock
p. m., did come to his death by means of
several gunshot wounds, Inflicted by a
pistol of about 38-calibre, in the hands of
one John A. Graham, by whom the shots
causing the death of the said Bradford,
were fired; and we further find that In
shooting said Bradford, the said John A.
Graham acted only in self-defense, his
life being in instant and imminent peril
through a malicious and murderous as
sault, then being committed upon him by
the said Bradford; and we further find the
killing of the said Bradford by the said
John A. Graham, was justifiable homi
cide In manner aforesaid, etc.”
The verdict is seemingly accepted here
as justified by all facts yet put in evi
dence.

with rheumatism and dyspepsia, and I
came to the conclusion to try your pills.
I Immediately found great relief from their

be without them. The drowsy, sleepy
feeling I used to have has entirely disap
