The side of a cause which can find no sound and Indisputa ble premises, is necessarily a false one—it vs pot as stable as a house luilt upon the sand. The extract published to-d»y annihilates some of those urged by Mr. Spratt in his Report to the Southern Commercial Convention at Mont gomery.
