Tbe Petition of William A. Juhan, Administrator on
the estate of George W. Caldwell, deceased, respect
folly ahowetb to the Court, that he has (ally dischar
ged the duty assigned him as such Administrator,
and therefore petitions the Coort for a discharge
from bis Administratorship. Willism A. Jahan. Pe
titioner.
Un hearing the above petition it is ordered that
citation be issued, and that all parsons concerned b*
sad thay are hereby required to show cause, if any
they have, on or before the 1st Monthly io March
next, why tire said William A. J abut should not be
discharged Iron said Administratorship, end why
