Howell applies for Letters of Admin istration de bonis non, with the will annexed, upon the estate of McKinney Howell, deceased : These are therefore to cite and admonish all and sin gular the kindred and creditors of said deceased, to be and appear at the Court of Ordinary to be held in and for said county on the first Monday in June next, to show cause (it any they have) why said letters should not be granted.
