Penfield is a healthy and pleasant village, with only two stores, and the amount of trade done here will always guarantee a good business to both. On the premises are fifty acres of No. 1 creek bottom land, and a suffi cient quantity of wood to keep up the place lor farming purposes. I will divide the place into convenient lots to suit purchasers. Also, about two hundred barrels ol corn, fodder, shucks, cows, horses, pork and stock hogs, farming utensils, household and kitchen furniture, &c. &,c.
