Be it enacted by the Se.nrie and House of Re* pres'entati vet of tlie state of Georgia, in General Assembly met, ami it i* hereby enacted y the authority of the same. That where av person or mrsons liave hereto?j > n«d survey’s made on lead rights, bounty warrants and grants thereon have not been obtained, it shall and may be law ful for such person dr persons to apply for and obtain such grant or grants, at any time pre* v-ous td the 25th of October, 1824, on payment. of the usual fee*.
