T 6 revive, amend atxl continue in force nn act entitled tin act, to extend to time of ta king out grants on surveys made on head rights and bounty Warrants. , , Be it enaotod by the Senate and House of Re presentatives ofitlio ,'tate of Georgia, in General Assembly met, nnd it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That where auy person or persons liavo heretofore had surveys mnde on head rights thereon have not beep obtained, U slndl and may he lawful for such person or per sons to apply for und uhuin such grant or gfuuts, at any time previous to the 25th of October, 1824, on payment of the usual tees.
