Long ussignee of the un derwritersnt Lloyds in London, in the 1 Kingdom of Great Britain, the supposed Insurers of (he Ship Albion and cargo, has exhibited Ids libel or complaint, in the District Court of the U- nited States, fortbc District of Georgia; stating, alleging and propounding, that the British Ship Albion, laden with Mahogany, Logwood, and di vers other articles, was, on the morning dflhe 16th September last, by the force of the wind and waves driven on the beach of Saint Catherines i Island, in the District aforesaid, and there aban doned by hercrew; and that much of the cargo has floated out of the said Ship, some puitof which Iihs been taken by George H. Johnston, Putriek Houston and George M.
