Long ussigne.e of the un derwriters ut Lloyds in London, in tliu Kingdom of Great Britain, the supposed insurers of the Ship Albion und cargo, bus .exhibited his libel or domplnint, in the District Court of the U- nited States, for the District of Georgia; stating, alleging and propounding, that the British Ship Albion, laden with Mahogany, Logwood, and di vers other articles, way, on (In; morning of the. 15th September lust, - by the force of tire wind nnd waves dris'eu on the beach of Saint 'Catherines Island, in the District aforesaid, und there aban doned hy bnrerew ; nnd that much of .the cargo has Honied out of the said Ship, some part of which lias been tuken by Cjeorge II. Johnston, Patrick Houston and George M.
