The General will review the
Militia in each County, and will no
tice IS public orders, the appearance and conduct
of each corps : giving all proper praise where ills
due, and censuring without reserve,', any miscon
duct or negligence on the part of the olficers or
privates under his command.’
However unpleasant it umybe, it'will not be
pretermitted, under any citcuitistances to enforce
the provisions ofthe Militia Law, to ifs fullest ex
tent, against all who may render themselves lia-
lilw to its penalties.
The Inspector isclmrgcd with tho promulgation
of these orders, and the ntost punctual attention
to.the performance ofthe important duties of his
station, upon Which mainly depends the discipline
ofthe Brigade.
