foreclosure of the equity of redemption ot oil that
trnct of land containing three hundred aefos more
or less lving,and being in the County of Effingham
bounded on the north by Martin l.ackner and
Bathager Buckler, on the east of the School house
land, of Goshen, and lands of Nicholas Lillor.on
the south by Duncan McGHliv ry and Christian
Dasher, and on the nortli hy lund of John Reuter
and vacant land, mortgaged on the the 18th dav
of June, 1808, by the said William J. Spencer to
secure the payment of a bond bearing the same
date, for the penal sum of eight hundred dollars,
conditionc'd tor the payment ol the sum of four
"hundred dollars on the 1st of January, 1809, with
interest from date, at the rate of six per ceht per
annum ; which saM bond it still due and unpai d

terest due on the said bond, and the costs of the
application be paid into Court, within twelve
months from the date-of this Rule Nisi: And that
on failure thereof, the Equity of redemption of,
in and io the said mortgaged premises, be from
thenceforth toreclosed, and such further proceed
ing 5 be bad thereon as the law directs And it is

of the Gazettes of this State,at least once a month
until the expiration of the time appointed for pay
