man Lutheran Congrcgution praying the
foreclosure of the equity of redemption of all that,
tract of land containing; three hundred acres more
or less lying,and being in the County tff Effingham
bounded on the north by Murtiu l.ackliet and
Ballinger Backler. on the east of the school house
lands of Goshen, and luiuls of Nicholas LUlor.on
the south by Duncan McGilliv ry nnd Christian
Dasher, and on the north by land of John Reuter
and vacant land, mortgaged on the the IStli day
of June, 1808, by the.said William J'. Spencer to
secure the payment of a bond bearing the same
date, for the uenal sum of eight hundred dollars,
conditioned for the payment of the snui of four
hundred dollar* on the 1st of January, 1809, with
interest from date, at the rate otsix per cent per
annum ; which said bond is still due niid unpui d
Upon motion of George W. Owens, Attorney for
petitioners, it is ordered that the principal and in
terest due on the said bond, and tile costs of the
application be paid into Court, within twelve
months from the date of this Rule Nisi: And that
on failure thereof, the Equity of redemptioA of,
in und to the said mortgaged premises,, he from
thenceforth foreclosed, nnd such further pfoceed-
lugs be had thereon as (he law directs- And it is
further ordered, that the rule be published in One
