ting that by the Will of the said dec’d it is ordered
that a tract of land in Chatham county situated on
the Louisville Road, containing fifteen hundred
and fifty acres, known the name of Clay’s place,
bounded on the north and north east by lands
formerly the property of H. Bourquln dec’d, east
erly by lands of the Estate of John Gibbons and
others, southerly and westerly by lands of ae
estates of Josiah B Fox and James Habersham
Also a tract of land in Camden county on the Sa-
tillaRiver containing one thousand acres (bore or
less, originally, granted to William Telfair,^nd
praying leave to^sell the aforesaid tracts of land
agreeably to the will of tbe deed.
Jt is ordered that an order win be granted tjie-
petitioners, and be published nine months in one
pf the public Gazettes of the City of Savannah
arid if no objections are filed thereto that then it
be made absolute.
