TooMF.n, All that very valuable BODY
OF LAND commonly called the Devil's
Elbow Barony, situate on Broad River,
Devil’s Elbo-V River, dnd May River, in
Beaufort District. The Land will be sold
in the following Tracts, and in the order
in which they arc named, vi*t
No. 1 Ferry Tract, containing abodt
948 acres, 350 bf which are supposed to
be Cotton Laud, and 150 Provision
Land;
No. 2 Fording Island Tract, Containing
about 750 acres, about 875 acrex of which
are supposed to be Cotton Land.
No. 3 Toppin’s Tract, containing about
790 icfcs, about 275 acrei (nearly all clea

These Lands are decidedly among the'
most valuable in the State, not only as re
tards the fineness of the Cotton, but also
or their certain and abundant crops, and
facilities afforded for manuring. , .
