the establishment of a certain promissory
note, jointly and severally made end signed
ry William J. Mulryne, and William G
Porter, both late of said county deceased,
dated Effingham county, 13th February,
1824, payable to the said William Morel, or
Order, on or before the 1st day of January
next, for the sum of twenty five dollars,for
value received, a copy whereof, with the
affidavit of the said VY illiam Morel, is filed
in the Clerk’s Office,—It is ordered that
William King, of the County of Effiing-
ham, the act ins and qualiAed administrator
of the said William (1. toner, deceased,
and the heirs and representatives of the said
William J. Mulryne, deceased, do shew,
cause on or before the first day of the next
term ol this Court, why the prayer of the
petitioner should not he granted, and it is
further ordered that this rule be published
in one of the public Gazettes of the City
of Savannah, once a month until tho time
appointed for shoeing cause thereof.

sheer, to be in thickness two and a half
inches.

From the plank sheer to rail,tho,space will
he boarded outside only-with narrow inch

stauncheons about twenty-seven inches a-
sander, to have five ports on each side and
two in the stern with shutters. No plank
