To extend the time lor fortunate drawers
in the Land Lotteries of eighteen bun
dred and eighteen, eighteen hundred
anil nineteon, and eighteen humlre',1 and
twenty-one. to take out grants for the
lands thus drawn, and after tho time
therein specified, to vest the same in the

B E it enacted by tho Senate and House
of Representatives of tho State of
Georgia in General Assembly met, arid
it is hereby onncteij by the nirihiirity of
the same, That every* person who was a
fortunate drawer in tho laud lotteries by
the authority nf the acts passod on the fif
teenth day uf December, eighteen hundred
nnd eighteen, on the sixteenth day of De
comber, eighteen hundred nnd nineteen,
mid ou tlie fifteenth day nf May, eighteen
bundled nnd twenty-ono, shall hare until
the first day of November, eighteen hun
dred and thirty, to. 'fako out' Iris, her.or

sury the sunt of eight dollars.
Sec. 2 And be it further enneted by
the authority nfoiesnid. That from and af
ter the first day of November, eighteen
hundred and thirty, the lands so drawn as
aforesaid,nnd not granted, shall revert to
and become the properly of the State,
Sec. 3. And lie it further enacted, That
tills act shall not extend to nnv lot nr lots
oflnnd drawn by orphans until-three years
after tho said orphans shall have arrived nt
the ago-of twenty, one years: nor'to any
Inrs drawn by idiots or lunatics or persons
wlm'have departed this ..life since they
gave in for n draw or draws in said lotteries
of 1818, 1819 nnd 1821, and whose estates
are unrepresented, nor to any lots num
ber ten and one hundred set apart for the
purposes of public education.
Sec. 4. And lie,it.further enacted, That
all la<vs nnd parts of law. militating a-
gainst this act. be and the same aro hereby
repealed.
See. 5. And be it further enneted by
tho authority aforesaid. That it shall be
tho duty of his Excellency the Governor,
to cause this act to be punlished in ail the
public Gazettes oftliis State,once a month,
until the first dny nf November next, and
that he cause the expenses of such puhlica
lion to be paid oil! of the contingent fund.
