twcnty-nne, to take mil grants for the
liiiuU thus drnwn, and after Iho time
therein specified, to vest the tame in the
state.
B E it enntre'd hy Bie Senate and flouse
of Representatives of the State of
Georgia in General Assembly met, and
H is hereby enacted by the authority of,
the same, That every person alio was a
fortunate drawer in the bind lotteries hy
the million!y of the nets passed on the fif
teenth dot of December, eighteen bundled
and eighteen, on the sixteenth day of De
cember, eighteen hundred and nineteen
and on the fifteenth day of May, eighteen
bundled and twenty-one, shall hove until
the first day of November, eighteen hun
dred nmLihiRy, to take out his, her or
•heir giant upon pnying into the Trea
sury the suiuof eight dollars.
?i*o. 2 And be it further ’enacted by
the authority afoiesnhl. That from find af-
tei the fir*| clay of November, eighteen
hundred and thirty, the lands so drawn as
aforesaid, and not granted, shall revert
and become the property of the State.
Hec. 8. And he it fnrther enacted, Thai
tins act shall not extend to any lot or lots
of land dra »n hy orphans until three years
nfierthe said orphans shall have arrived at
the age of twenty-one years; nor to any
lots drawn hy idiots or lunatics or persons

Sec. 4. And belt fmther enacted, That
all laws and parts of law* militating

repealed.

to cause this act to he puidished in all the
public Gazettes of this State,once a month,
