state.
B E It enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives of the State of
Georgia in General Assembly met, and

forlunato drasver in iho land lotteries h
the authority of the acts passed on tho (If
tecnih day of December, eighteen hundred
end eighteen, on the sixteenth day of Do
ccntlier, eighteen hundred end nineteen,
and on the fifteenth day of May, eighteen
Inindicd.ond twenty-one, shall Itnvo until
the first day of November, eighteen hun
dred and thirty, lo tako out his, her or
their giant upon paying into the Tree
sitry the sum nf eight dollars.
See. t And be it further enoctcd by

this act shall not extend to any lot or lots

the age of twenty-one years; nor lo any
lots drawn by idiots or lunatics nr persons
