deceased, in his life time, together with
Ray Sands, of same county, to wit; on the
12th day of February 1816, being indebted
to thessid Ethan, in the sum of eighteen
thousand one hundred and eighty dollars
for which they jointly and severally exe
cuter] four prmnissory notes of snid Ethan,
bearing said mhe.one of which wat fot the
sum of four thousand two hundred dollars,
and payable 12th Feb. 1C IT, one other for
the sum of four thousand seven hundred \
ten dollars, payable 12th Feb. 1818, one
other for four thousand four hundred end

Feb. 1820, for the sum of four thousand
eight hundred and fifty dollars, together
