YVhile il I* my duty; I feel it also a pleaxm* to
acquaint those who uro sutlering under tl.o Fa

hy the use of Mr. Rowund’s Tonic Mixture. I
wiisfirstuttncked with this complaint iu the fall of

olitiitinn. I was able to withstand the disease for
n long time, but owing to its Constance and great
severity, by the next spring I was reduced to a
verv weak condition, being unable to have it’
checked for more than a few days at n limn, al
though I tried nearly all tho rumcf ies that wore
recommended, not only by my friends and neigh-
bora, bill by several pfiysiciahs also, still the fits
would return every day. ovory othor day, overy
fourth or fifth day, and frequently twice on the
sumo day In this way I sufl’oreu for more than
two yours, never being free from the chills longer
than three weeks at a time, which would he in
some oftho mildest summer weather, always re
turning, however, with the iisuul violcueo at tho
approach of autumn. At the timo I consulted
Mr. Rownnd, which was iu July last, such was
my extreme debility uml languor that I wussoarcly
able to walk, my system having diminished iu a
most rumnrknble tiogrvv. He remarked that it
was iu such desperate cases that ho wished to test
bo efficacy of hisunodiciue, and I immediately
commenced taking it. I soon perceived the good
elfectsofits use, nud b> tho time the first bottle
was taken, n great change was wrought in iny
system ; an eruption of largo pimples broke out
over my body, which howovor shortly disappeared
and although 1 was then nearly fifty years of ago
I felt as siiplo und ns active ns a young
man oftwomy; my appetite returned, ami at the
end of taking the second bottle, I wai/ahiu to
resunie my work, and I bavo been perfectly well
ever since.
