tow boats. The boats will run regularly between
Macon and Darion—one of the sloaiuboats leav
ing Darien every live or six days,with tow bonte.
The company have now sixteen tow bouts, all
first rate boats, built expressly for Uio navigation
of the Ocmulgee and Alntumalia rivers. Tiluso
increased facilities will enable tho company tho
means of giving the gruntest despatch to cotton
or goods snipped by thuir line.
They have a Steamboat and a number or
Sloops to carry cotton and merchandize between
Darien aud Savannah, .Hid Darien and Chari"*-
ton. There nro also live first rate packets run
ning regularly between Darion and New York,
which come to Messrs. II awe* & Mitchell of
Darien.
