While it is my duty, I feel it uLo a pleasure to
acquaint those who n’rn suffering under the Fe
ver and Agun of tlm striking cure effected on mo
hy the Use of Mr. Rowaml’s Tonic Mixture. I
was first at larked with this complaint in the fall of
H28; being then a man of strong and flesliycoii-
•»titotinji. I was able to withstand die- disease for
a long tune, but owing to its constancy and great
severity, by tho next spring I was reduced to a
vorv weak condition, being unable to have it
checked for more than a few days at a time, al
though l tried nearly nil the rumc<'ies that were
recommended, not only by my friends mid neigh
bors, but by several physicians also, still the flla
would return every uav, every other day, every
fourth or fifth day, and frequently twice on tho
same day. In tins way I suffered for moro than
two years, novel* being free from the chills longer
than throe weeks at a time, which would be in
some of tho mildest siiminor weather, always re
turning, however, with tho usual violonco at the
approach of autumn. At the time I consulted
Mr. Rnwuiul, wliich wns ill July last, such .v.is
uiy extreme debility and languor lint I wasscurcly
able to walk, my avstuin having diiuinisheft in a
most remarkable degree. He remarked tlmt it
was in such desperate cases that lie wished to tost
he efficacy i)f his medicine, and ( immediately
commenced taking it. I soon perceived tlm good
effects of its use,‘and l>> tho timo the first bottle
wns taken, a great change was wrought in my.
system ; an eruption of large pimples broke out
over my body .which ho .veyer shortly disappeared
