dcr fur freighting. They have a new steamer
waeil to their line, called tho Superior, ami ten
boats. Tlw boats will run regularly between
Macon and Darion—one of the steamboat* lexv-
ja; Darien every five or six days,with tow boat*.
The company have now sixteen tow boats, ail
f*rit rate boat*, built expressly for the navigation
tho Ocinulgou and Alatainaha rivers. These
increased facilities will enable the company tho
~ntH of giving the greatest despatch to cotton
ci soods shipped by their line.
Thoy have a Steamboat and a number of
‘ loooito carry cotton and merchandize between
D-menandSavannah, and Darien and Charles-
*'!“• There ore also five first rate packet* run-
ti ns regularly between Darion ami Now York,
which coma to Messrs. Ilawe* & .Mitchell of
Duien.
