Stealing Sailors. We are called upon to record another case of abducting and hatboring seamen, contrary to ordi nance. It will be remembered we statod some days ago that Jamoa Larkin, keeper of a sailor boarding.hueso, had been lined by the Mayor, on the 18th iostant* $100, for harboring aoauien ab ducted from the British ship Sen Witch. The sailor, whom ho had shippod upon another vessel, and whose advanco he had obtained was taken out ot ths vessel, abreast of Tybce by policeman Ol .viera and brought back to the city. We desire also re satisfy even the individuals en gaged in this species of piracy, that their occupa tion it guns, and that they may aa well turn tb F attention to some hnnester employment.
