The iateet news, from London, to Friday night, [the day before the America sailed] is to the effect that Drouyn de L'llays, the French Minister of Foreign Affaire, had been to London for consults* lion, and left that night on his return to Paris, where he would remain two days and then proceed to Vienna. He wou.d bear with hint the irrevoc* able determination or tho Allios upon the third point. He waa closoted with the leading English Ministers threo hours, on Friday, and subsequently bad a long audienco with tho Queen. There was no favornblo indications from St. Petersburg. There was nothing important from the Crimea. A new ministry had been formed in Belgium. Eapartero had resisted the demand for n demo* eratic modification of ihe Spanish .Ministry.
