complains of the irregularity ol the mails. He
li a subscriber to tho Daily Republican, and savo
lhat he had received only four copies in the space

On inquiry nt the I’ost Office hero, we learn
that tho Savannah mail lor LaGrango is distributed
at Macon, and thonco sent forwntd to Atlanta,
whure, wo presume, a second distribution takes
place. Tho fault,therefore,must bo uithor at Ma-
tfoti or Allutitn, ns the paper ia regu.arly mailed at
this ofliec. Aa wo have Itearf of no previous com
plaints upon (his score, however, wo are inclined
to believe that tho irregularity referred to is acci
dental, or occasioned by s«mo lomporsty cause.—
