preceding Hie ulec'i.ni, and continue so to do up to the
time of election, nml within the corporate limits of Sa
vannah, Idr one mouth Immediately preceding their
registration, who huvo attained the age of twenty-one
years, and have paid all city taxes, or huvo In their own
right sufficient real estate to satisfy any laxocecutlona
winch may hu against them, who have mudu ull ru-
turns quired hy the ordinances of the city, and have
been registered according to the provisions of thin Act.
