The subjoined letter from Dr. Paiue, of Mauchei-ter,
New Hampshire, relates to one of the most valuable
medicinal properties possessed by tho Aromatic
Schnapps, aud shows that it acts uaa specific in atery

spect to your medicines called Hchehlaui Schnapps. I
havo had a very obstinate case of gravel and stone of
five years alaudlug, causing very acuate pain in every
all .-mpl to urinate. After using many remedies without
much rcleif, l w#s induced fo trya bollle of your medi
cine. In tho court oof threo days It proved effectual,
dislodging lar:e pieces of stone, some of which was as
large as a marrowfat pea. 1 continued Ibo cordial, ac
cording lo directions, uud the patient continued to gain,
and Is lost recovering. I think n medicine of so much
vuluo iu so distressing n complaint should be knowu to
