We seriously regret that it becomes
our du'y report that our Public roads
in an uostrally bad condition. Scarcely
passable.
We have examined a number of the

Public’s books and find them usually i
correctly kept, except in one or two in- '
stances, whero some of them have, in
doubt, charged mote cost than is allow
ed by ltw. We suggest that they bo
more careful iu the future in regard to

We state with pleasure, that we are a

edgeville for tbe future Capitol of Geor
gia, and request all good citizens of our
