trict with a certified-copy of this order, and
said Commissioners are directed and re
quired to have s.iid road opened, and an
oversee- and hands apdointed for said road.

ed to review a contemplated road, commu
nicating at or near the five mile post on tho
Jesup and Screven road and running to the
eight mile post on Hie Screven and llmuer

<f Braxton Bennelt, crossing Boggs swamp
at thejudia Thompson Ford, thence bv the
residence of G. W. O'Quinn, crossing Dued.v
creek near Penny Douglas’**, and interceding
with the Screven and Homerville road as

be one of much pub'ic utility. It is therefore

I hereby established as one of the public roads
