Mr. Sam Bulloch, of Eufaula, a pop ular traveling mun, spent yesterday here. Mr. J. R. Pinkston returned to the city at noon today from Poulan, where he spent a few days on business. Mrs. J. D. Pope will entertain at a card party at her home tonight, In honor of Miss Helen Davis, and her guest, Miss Cobble Hood, of Cuthbert. Mrs. L. K. Morris Is entertaining at cards at her hojne this afternoon In honor of Miss Ethel Petty, who Is visiting here. C. Odum, of Newton. Miss Odum died Wednesday, of heart trouble. The funeral was held yesterday after noon.
