Effective this day, all rates now In effect between nolnts In this State, which are not higher than the maxi mum rates prescribed by this Com mission, whether such rates have been published voluntarily by the railroad companies, or otherwise; are hereby formally established, as the rates of the Railroad Commission of Georgia, and no such rates shall be discon tinued nor raised without the consent of the Railroad Commission first being obtained, but nil such rates shall con tinue In force without hindrance, tho same ns other rates prescribed by this Commission. Whereas, on /the eleventh day of May, 1905, tho Railroad Commission approved a schedule of rates submit ted by tho several lines of railway in terested therein, which rates were to apply between the various cities in Georgia, usually referred to as “com- mpn points,” with the provision that these rates would be apnlicable to the Southern Classification, it is now ORDERED: That in so far as the Southern Classification .is applicable to these rates, said Southern Classi fication Is hereby formally adopted as the classification of the Railroad Com- mlsion in so far as the same is to be applied to the rates above referred to; and no chancre in said classification which will affect the rates of freight as per the schedule of rates herein first referred to shall be allowed with out the consent of this Commission first being obtained. The Southern Classification .herein referred to is “Southern Classification No. 34.” with out amendments, said Classification No. 34 being issued to take effect January 10th, 1900.
