Fov 12 or 14 years I have boon a groat sufferer with a terrible form of

Some of tho hunters who went out
yesterday for a day over their dogs

There are in Albany a number of
Confederate veterans who fought un
der General Joseph Wheeler during the
civil war, and these have given fre
quent expression today to their sor
row over the news of his death in New
York yesterday evening.
So the contract has been awarded
for the Atlantic Coast Line freight
depot at last. It looked for a while
as If something else was planned, the
railroad people were so slow getting
at It. Albanians will be glad to see
tho building go up right away, and
they hope It. will make a good ap
pearance.

Georgia, Dougherty County.
The petition of W. H. Culpepper and
S. E. McGowan, both of said State
and County, respectfully shows:

That they desire for themselves, as
sociates, successors and assigns, to be
incorporated for the full term of
twenty (20) years, with the privilege
of renewal at the expiration of said
term, under the name and style of
ALBANY BUGGY COMPANY.
2.
That the object and purpose of said
proposed corporation is pecuniary
gain and profits to its shareholders.
3.
That the paWicular business said
corporation proposes to do and carry
on is the dealing in, and handling of,
for profits, all kinds of buggies, wag
ons, carts, harness, and any and all
other such qrticles, goods or merchan
dise, as' may he connected with or can
be conveniently and profitably han
dled with any or all of said named
articles.

That the capital stock of said cor-
noration shall he Ten Thousand Dol
lars ($10,000.00), all of which has been
paid in, divided Into shares of One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) each, with
the right, and privilege *o Increase
said capital stock, at any time, to any
amoqnt, not to exceed Fifty Thousand
Dolairs ($50,000.00), to be divided in
to shares of like denomination.

That the principal office and place
of business shall be in the City of
Albany, Georgia, with the right to es
tablish branch offices at such other
places, In or out of said State, as the
business and best interests of said
corporation may require.

the right, power, and authority to bor
row and lend money, by note, deed,
mortgage, or otherwise, and to secure
tfye same as may be best for the inter
est of said corporation; to have, own,
lease and rent both real and personal
property, as may be necessary for the
conduct and management of its said
business.

Wherefore, petitioners pray that
said corporation he granted the power
to sue, and be s«ed, to have and use
a common seal, moke all necessary
By-Laws binding on its own members,
and to do and perform all such other
acts as are or may be necessary for
the purpose of its organiaztion and
the legitimate transaction of its busi
