Rust, who is preparing to establish himself there. It is the uhderstanding that one of the offices will be the headquarters of the clerk and the other of the chief of police. The books and records of the city will be kept there, and it will be the plnce for.the return of taxes, payment of licenses and transaction of such other business as is looked after by the clerk. The offices will bo neatly furnished by the city.
