For 12 or 14 years I have been a great sufferer with a terrible form of

pronounced a ternary form. My head, face and shoulders became almost
• solid mass of corruption, and finally tho disease commenced eating

I absolutely refused to let people see me. I used large quantities of the

but my condition continued tot Brow worse, nnd all said l must surely die.
