Police Jennings charges against Capt.
Z. B. Moon, of the police department.
It Is expected that Captain Moon will

been requested to take action by an
official of the street railway company.
According to Mr. Hurt, a young
man with a bulldog, a big army re

the corner of Peachtree street and
Bdgewood avenue, but was refused by
the conductors because • of the pres

the scene. Instead of making an
arrest he told the man to get a cab

'The Senses of the Word.
“She is a lady in every sense of the

"Then she is the moBt remarkable
woman that ever lived,” replied John
son.
"What do you mean? Aren't there
plenty of ladles In the world?”
“Yes, bnt not In every senBe of the
word. For Instance, if the womaii Is
what you Bay, she is not only a woman
of good family or of good breeding and
refinement, but she Is also, according
to the Century Dictionary, ‘a sweetheart

cardiac part of the stomach of the lob
