Mr. Sam Farkas bought froip Mr.

part of land lot No. 20, the considera
tion being $475. The sale was made
through Ed R. Jones.
Messrs. Ed R. and Clayton Jones
bought from Mr. Richard Pattlson, Jr.,
a 3-room house and two 2-room houses
on West' Broad street.
