Atlanta, Ga., March 6.—The entire .standing committee on the peniten tiary,' House and Senate, met here this morning to arrange for an inspec tion tohr of the state convict camps. Owing to absentees, action was de ferred to this afternoon’s meeting. The committee will divide into sub committees and tour the state for ten days..
