Atlanta, Ga., April 6.—There Is ev ery probability that.the case of Walter J. Hightower, held In the Tower on a warrant charging him with the mur der of L. B Wllmouth, will be brought before the Fulton grand Jury when that body meets April 12, and that an Indictment will be asked.' The grand Jury meets Just four days before the convening of the criminal branch of the Fulton superior court.
