Atlanta, Ga., April 6.—There Is ev ery probability that.the case of Walter J. Hightower, held In the Tower on a warrant charging him with the mur der of L. B Wllmouth, will be brought before the Fulton grand Jury when that body meets April 12, and that an Indictment will be asked.'
