Mrs. W. E.' Gannaway has purchased
from the Davis estate three acres of
beautifully lying property on Monroe
street, between Residence and Tift
stroets. Mrs. Ganaway owns also the
acre lot on the corner of Residence
and Monroe street, and her new pur
chase places the entire Monroe street
front of that block In her possession.
These lots are high and perfectly
drained, and are among the most de
sirable residence lota In the city. Mr.
Gannawny stated this morning that
he had not decided whether to hold
these lots or place them on the mar
ket. He has been urged to cut the
plat up Into small lots and offer them
for sale.
