Controversy Between Police Matron Bohnefeld and Police Captain Moofi. Special to The Herald. Atlanta, Ga., May 16.—According to the sentiment prevailing among mem bers of the police commission, It Is re garded as a certainty that the Invest!- gatlon of the charges against Captain Moon will result In the discharge of either Captain Moon or Mrs. Mary Bohnefeld, the police matron, or pos sibly the dismissal of both. Mrs. Boh nefeld recently filed charges against Captain Moon declaring that he had been on too friendly a footing with women prisoners who were In charge of the police matron. Capt Moon an nounced that he would file counter charges, and the matter has been In this state pending a hearing before the police board when that body sees fit to take It up.
