The passenger truffle through Al
bany was unusually light yesterday.
Today, though, the trainmen are see
ing a busy time, the folks that were
oft from home yesterday returning to
the city, and those who were visitors
here going out.
Fow people were on the streets yes
terday. even for Sunday. The cooling
shndo of a vine-grown veranda Is just
n little more enticing than the side
walks or tiling. Of course In the late
afternoon some of them began to come
out, but ns a general thing It was a
quiet Sunday.

Among the traveling men Albany Is
a favorite place to spend Sunday.
Quite a number of them were here yes
terday. And they enjoy the day as
much as any class. The life of the
traveling man Is n strenuous one and
the little recreation and rest that
comes their way Is not wasted.
