Atlanta, Ga., June 13.—There is an other plank in the platform of Judge R. B. Russell, candidate for governor. It arrived several days ago, but the fact was not conveyed to the general public until yesterday. At the begin ning of his campaign the judge used to boast that his family consisted of nine youngsters. Now there are ten. Judge Russell had to cancel a date for speaking that he might hurry to Winder to welcome the visitor. On yesterday he triumphantly resumed his campaign. He was in Coweta county, and had a brass band from Atlanta to assist In the jollification. P. S.—The addition to the judge’s family is a lusty boy.
