livlivered to one Oliver Iluckabaa and your
petitioner is bearer, for a valuable considera¬
tion, a mortgage on lot of land No. three
hundred and eleven, (311) in the 27th land
district and 2nd section of said county, con¬
taining one huudred and sixty hcres more or
less a cording to original survoy. For tho
purpose of se ui ing the payment of a certain
promissory note for the sum of $90. 79 beside
iuterest at 8 per cent from maturity, made by
the said E O Corbiu, Sarah M Lorbin and Ar
ti issa M Oorbin, on the 8th day ofNovember
1883, and due on the 1st day of November,
1884, and payable to the said Oliver llu-'ha
baa or bearer, and your petitioner is bourer
for valuable consideration, which tuid n te
