passed into private hands to hold
the property liable. The present
company, with a ilesire to com
mence work on the Atlanta con-
nectinn, ask for indulgence in time
of further payment. The next in
stallment is due the 1st of March,
1882, $250,000; the last of $675,000
on the 1st of March, 1881, with five
per cent, interest. The bill asks m
annual payment in the nay of a
sinking fund, commencing June
1st, 1880, which will extinguish the
principal within thirty v< a is, (or
