It can be seen by carefully reading it how old the boys are, how applications must be made, how long the hoys are to work, how to ba treated and how they are to be sent, and all other information desired. Dear Sir; According to instruc tions from the Commissioner of Load and Immigration for Georgia, I her* • by request that you make it known thnt tirmers can be supplied with boys over fourteen years of age, on the following terms: TERV8 ON WHICH BOYS ARE PLACED ,V HOMES BY THE CHILDREN’S AID SOCIETY OF NEW YORK. All applic ntions must be endorsed by the Committee. Tin* boys are expected to work one year for their board and clothes. Strain, now deceased, made and de livered to the said James Strain his prom issory not bearing date on the said 18th day oi Nov. 1859, whereby the said B. F. Strain promised on or before the first day of January, next after the date there of to pay the said James Strain the sum of five hundred and sixtynine dollars and ninety-five cents for value received. And afterwards on the day and year aforesaid the said B. F. Strain the better to secure the payment of said note executed and delivered to the said James Strain his deed of mortgage, wherthy the said B. F. Strain, mortgaged to the said James Strain one hundred and twenty acres of Lot of land No. 65 in the 14th District and 2nd section in said County, being all of said lot except a strip ou the west side of said lot running from North to South parallel with the original line, said strip of land being about one hun dred and fifty yards wide, and to cross the creek at a ford existing at the date ot the mortgage and to include a ridge on the North side of the creek, and excepts three fourths of the minerals. Aud it further appearing that said note has not been paid. It is therefore ordered by the court that the heirs at law of the said B. F. Strain pay into court the principal and interest and cost due on said note by the next Thrm of said court and by the first day thereof or show couse to the contrary if any he has. There being no administration on the estate of the said B. F. Strain and said estate being insolvent and there be ing no probability of said estate ever be ing administered upon, and on failure to do the Equity ot redemption in and to the said mortgage promises be forever thereafter barred and foreclosed. And it is further ordered that a copy of this Rule be served upon the heirs at law of the said B F Strain, at least twen ty days before the next term of this court, or that it bo published once a month for three months next before said next term of this court in the Georgia Advocate.
