A childish, pettishman, should not
attempt to associate with men, till
he learns to “put away childish
things.” By thus presuming in se

childishness is wounded by the man

much man-hood to respect his pet

has no way of helping himself, only
by his childish “pouts.”

FREAKS OF CORRUPT NA
TURE.
It is strange, yet true, that the
bad parts of our nature are combi-
nutious of inoonsistency. In this
corrupt part; all things seem to work
backwards. A mun who feels that
he is born to govern and rule, and is
a drone otherwise; usually has not
sense enough to rule anything, and
is unable to govern himself. A man
on the otherjiand whohus no such
desires, is usually capuble of ruling
others and hiding self behind
general good.

If one tries to raise himsell by using
another uf a fulcrum, the leverjalways
slips and down comes self. If one
boasts of Lis bravery he is sure to
prove It is cowardice. The bragging,
pious hero of religion, will do to
watch. Now don’t this look like
nature was running backwards ?

attery, occupying a space of five
}uare inches and weighing but

arried f om room to room and
