teachers according to tUcir grade at tho
following rati s or in proportion thereto.
Fourth grade license 8t)cts per month,
per pupil. Third $1. Sc. and $1.20. First
fit .40. You will sue that by this mode of
payment thu higher grade teachers will
r.ceivo better compensation for their
services from thu »ubi o fund, than tho
lower gr.tdo. So that a lower grudo teach
er will actually co»t his patrons os much
