and should be preserved by our leaders.
Take 1 1-2 ounces of elecampane root,
grind it tine (a coffee mill will do.) put
tlie ground root in a pint of new nnlk,
boil down fir a half-pint, take it at one
dose in the morning and fast till say 4
j,. m. of the same day. Repeat this every
day for three days making three doses in
all! The last two dose.-, may consist of 2
ounces of ttie root |to the pint of milK.

be eaten till from eight to ton hours
