Our community was saddened to
hear of the death of Mrs. Mary Ha-
lev who died at Mr. G. IP. Cham*
bices’ on the 30th ult. She was the
mother of a large fathily of children
and had lieen a faithful member of
the Methodist cliufch for many yenrs
and a giKKl neighbor. She htul well
nigh lived out four score years mid
had been married sixty-two years
liking five (lays. Her mind had

until 3 weeks ago when site grew
